1. Technical special
Ultra-light hard silicon calcium silicate insulation material (volume ≤170kg/m3) is made of ordinary building lime and natural powder quartz
The basic raw materials are produced by high-pressure hydrothermal dynamic method. It is the first ultra-light product independently developed by China to suit China's national conditions. It uses all-natural raw materials and achieves mass industrial production at the lowest cost. All indicators meet or exceed the Japanese JISA9510-1984 standard. At present, it has the smallest capacity and lowest thermal conductivity among all inorganic hard insulation materials, and has high strength. Its heat resistance temperature is 1000℃, which is also a high type of common insulation materials, so it can replace lightweight refractory bricks, lightweight castables, perlite products, leuline products, mineral wool, glass cotton products and refractory fiber products in many occasions.

Mass industrial production has been achieved and application tests have been successfully carried out.

It is suitable for thermal equipment in building materials, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, light industry and other industries, which is environmentally friendly.
